The Chicken BBQ will be on Sunday, August 12, 2012
A program will be presented regarding Doric Lodge's 50th Anniversary.
Starting at Noon – 2:00 PM.
Cost will be $10/person, $5 for kids 12 & under. Delivery will be available with advance notice.
Reservations are required so we can purchase the correct amount of food.
More information will be posted when it's available.
A sign-up sheet will be posted before the next meeting.

Brothers,
At our next meeting — March 20th – we will be voting on the following motions:
Motion #1—Resolved: The local dues of Doric Lodge will be set at $39 per year plus Grand Lodge per-capita. [ Webmaster Note: This Motion Passed ]
Motion #2— Resolved: The fees for degrees charged by Doric Lodge will be $150.
$25 for the petition fee, $40 for each degree, and a $5 donation for the Washington Memorial.

*** Look To The East ***
We are off to a good start with one meeting under our belt. Each meeting I hope to have a little history of Doric to report on. At the first meeting we learned about the organization meeting that was held to start Doric. We also learned how we got the name "Doric". Our first meeting in February we will be looking at the first officers and some interesting information on many. The second meeting in
February we will look at the officers and people of the next few years after we started.

December 2011 - ** Look to the East **
It is December and my how the year has passed. It seems just yesterday that I was writing this note as the new incoming Master and now I am writing my last. We tried a few new things this year with some success as well as continuing some of our annual events. On a whole, we had a good year. It is always nice to see faces in Lodge and we did see some new ones as well as ones that have not been around for one reason or another.
